Esi’s love for math and people led her to be exposed to marketing and some of her proudest career moments – being the creative driver of the brands Febreze and Cover Girl. At Unilever, Esi’s vision helped develop the anti-race hair discrimination legislation CROWN Act; invest in black female entrepreneurs with Shea Moisture; and guide the company through the pandemic with deodorant and self-cleansing/wellness portfolio. Unilever’s purpose of business is to do good in the world and is put into practice by meeting people’s needs, being truly human centric, following trends of demographics, and making sustainability common place.
