What prompted you to get involved with the AEF and why are you passionate about the future of the industry?

After getting introduced to Elliot Lum and attending Talent Week it became clear AEF is truly a pivotal team of professionals driving best practice talent strategies for our industry. I believe our success is achieved through collective action as we attract the best and brightest to work with us now and in the future. AEF helps build a bridge between so many organizations.

What is the best career advice you've ever received?

If you find a job you love, you never have to work another day in your life.

Who was your favorite professor and why?

My favorite professor was an English teacher and Student Congress Advisor. I was a leader in student government and this professor not only provided the coaching and skills to develop into a leader at the time but her lessons on empathy, open-mindedness and integrity have lasted a lifetime.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy the fact that the work we do changes lives for the better. We open doors and even sometimes build bigger doors for people to walk through and truly be their best selves in the work they do day in and day out.

"Our future marketing and advertising leaders are not just looking for a job, they are looking for a meaningful career that will make a positive impact on society."
