Jon Fraser measures change for Google, applying social science with the largest brand marketers in the United States to measure more, guess less and improve faster. He’s particularly interested in aligning reach, frequency, sentiment and sales impact metrics across OLV and linear TV. During his decade at Google, Fraser also worked as an analyst for the Government team and in business development.

What prompted you to get involved with the AEF and why are you passionate about the future of the industry?

I started in advertising without any prior industry experience and benefitted tremendously from mentors’ advice every step of the way. Over the last decade the industry has gotten notably more welcoming, and I’d like for everyone to have the chance to put their best foot forward that way.

What is the best career advice you've ever received?

Don’t get comfortable! When you’re confident you can handle everything coming your way, it’s time to move.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Everything changes so quickly, almost every day I get to confront a new type of challenge for the first time.
