What makes you passionate about the future of the marketing industry?

I’m passionate about how the marketing industry is being reshaped by technology and human insight in equal measure. The future belongs to brands that deeply understand their audience and meet them with authenticity, personalization, and purpose—at scale. What excites me most is the opportunity to combine creativity with data, AI, and emerging tech to create meaningful experiences that not only drive business growth, but also deepen emotional connection. We’re entering a new era of marketing—one that demands empathy, innovation, and agility—and I’m energized by the possibilities ahead.

What is the most impactful career advice you've ever received?

Be proactive in seizing career growth opportunities. Don’t wait to be tapped—raise your hand, ask the question, volunteer for the project. The most meaningful growth in my career has come from moments where I stepped forward before everything felt “ready.” Equally important: build authentic relationships along the way. Careers are long, and industries are small—how you treat people matters. Nurture your network, stay curious, and never burn bridges. The connections you cultivate today often become the doors that open tomorrow.

What is the most valuable skill students should have before they begin their career?

Adaptability. The ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and approach challenges with curiosity is what sets apart those who thrive. Technical skills and industry knowledge are important, but the world of work is evolving rapidly. What you learned today may be outdated tomorrow—but if you know how to think critically, ask good questions, and continuously evolve, you’ll always stay relevant.

What advice would you give to students who hope to make a meaningful impact as they enter the industry?

Start by getting clear on your why—what drives you, what problems you care about solving, and how you want to show up in the world. Then, be brave enough to ask for a seat at the table, even if you feel underqualified. Your perspective matters, and your voice is needed. Listen generously, learn relentlessly, and lead with integrity. Most importantly, remember that impact isn’t always loud or immediate. Sometimes it’s found in the quiet consistency of showing up, doing the work, and lifting others as you rise.
