What makes you passionate about the future of the marketing industry?

Audio is the sweet spot where storytelling meets science.

Data tells us where and when to speak but audio decides how deeply it lands. It’s not just efficient; it’s emotional. In a world drowning in screens, audio cuts through with intimacy, context, and cadence.

This is where the alchemy happens:

Neuroscience proves sound sticks.

Smart targeting ensures it hits the right ears.

Creative storytelling turns impressions into obsession.

From frequency to frequency (get it?), audio is both the art and the algorithm.

What is the most impactful career advice you've ever received?

“Courage isn’t something you have. It’s something you build.”

Taking risks isn’t about fearlessness, it’s about showing up scared and doing it anyway. Every leap, every “I’m not sure I’m ready,” every stumble, it all adds up. Resilience is a muscle. You exercise it. You get stronger.

Over time, the cliff doesn’t look smaller. You just trust your wings more.

What is the most valuable skill students should have before they begin their career?

The ability to navigate change with grounded intuition.

In the age of AI, speed and scale are table stakes. What sets you apart?

Deep reading.

Focused thinking.

Trusting timeless fundamentals while staying wildly receptive to what’s evolving.

Intuition isn’t magic. It’s earned through pattern recognition, lived experience, and deliberate focus. Build your own internal compass—then stay agile enough to adjust when the winds shift.

Because let’s be real: change isn’t a bug in the system. It is the system.
Get good at it.

What advice would you give to students who hope to make a meaningful impact as they enter the industry?

The best work lives where there’s friction between ideas, between disciplines, between what is and what could be.

Here’s the playbook:

Stay curious: Ask the annoying questions. Especially the “why do we do it this way?” ones.

Do the work others avoid: That’s often where the gold is buried.

Build relationships, not just résumés: People open doors. Not bullet points.

Own your perspective: Fresh eyes are an asset. Speak up. Even if your voice shakes.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable: If you’re not cringing a little, you’re not growing.

And remember: impact doesn’t always come with applause. Sometimes it starts with a raised eyebrow.
