Jodi Harris is global vice president of marketing culture & capabilities for Anheuser-Busch InBev. In her role, Harris leads a team to drive transformational change within the marketing culture at AB InBev. This is being achieved by igniting a passion for learning and creativity to innovate brand building through capabilities, creative excellence, colleague engagement and industry leadership.

Harris began her career in marketing over 15 years ago, starting in market research at Harris Interactive and TNS before transitioning to client-side in consumer planning at Ann Taylor and Diageo USA. She joined AB InBev in 2011 to craft the Global Innovation Insights agenda and most recently lead consumer insights for the US business unit since 2015. Harris has been named 2018 Internationalist of the Year by the Association of National Advertiser’ International division and a recipient of the 2019 BPeace Women Forward Award. She has spoken at numerous events including ANA Conferences, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, Dubai Lynx and Brand Innovators. Harris is currently a board member with the Ad Council, committee co-chair with the ANA Educational Foundation and member of the WFA D&I Taskforce.

What prompted you to get involved with the AEF and why are you passionate about the future of the industry?

Learn & Evolve: We need to be better tomorrow than we are today. Through the AEF, we are building a strong network of allies who are working together to address capability and talent gaps in our businesses and the industry at large.
