What prompted you to get involved with the AEF?

The opportunity to interact with students and provide them with some guidance on how to build their careers.

Why are you passionate about the future of the industry?

We have to find a solution for advertising that is not intrusive nor creepy. When an ad tells a great story and is properly placed it is a joy for all parties involved. Just a little bit of deviation can cause the ad to be too intrusive or disrupt the consumer’s life. Finding that balance is the existential challenge of this generation.

What is the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Learn to live with ambiguity.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The constant need to learn new things. Work nowadays hardly gets boring because our industries are changing, consumer’s behaviors and expectations are always evolving, there are constant re-orgs, etc. You must continue to learn continuously to stay on the top.
Time to learn how to sell an NFT.

What advice would you give to students as they consider entering the industry?

What you see and learn now will not be valid by the time you reach the peak of your career. Stay curious and have a constant learning attitude.

"Our future marketing and advertising leaders are not just looking for a job, they are looking for a meaningful career that will make a positive impact on society."
